Well, I wish I read the bad reviews sooner. I ordered a big printer 7 days ago, looking at delivery between 3-5 days. Estimated delivery yesterday, yet nothing was actually happening with the order. So called them this morning, and I heard the usual 'the system crashed, I need to look into this and will email you later'. I asked for call back instead of email as I am on a go today, but was told it would be an email as the guy is finishing at 12.30pm.
I don't care what time you finish, your opening hours say otherwise so I assume there should be someone else? So I just tried calling back now at 2pm (as of course no email) and all lines are switched off, and no message on the answerphone about office being closed.
I know how customer services should work, been there, done that, and so far this is appalling. I know things can go wrong, but after spending 1k on a printer I would appreciate better service & attitude. I'm losing another few days due to looming weekend and need the printer for work. So sort it out.

I bought a Fuji Instax for a friend and it is broken. I have been emailing since 27.04.23 to get a return label. I get automated messages about how busy they are but still no label almost a fortnight later.

Shortly after this was published I received an email and a return label for the product. I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

I have to admit after reading some of the 1 star reviews after placing my order i was a bit dubious about my purchase.
On saying that i have nothing but praise.
My order was placed and sent out immediately. It arrived by UPS a day earlier than expected. Full tracking number and updates.
Great prices so will definitely use again.

Having to send a brand new hard drive back as it keeps crashing. When I spoke to PS all I got was ‘are you sure it works with your Mac’ I’ve bought 8 of these drives and never had a problem. Sure, every now and then tech goes wrong but the attitude immediately was it can’t be the drive.
I’ve just spent €20 to post it back for ‘repair’ when I think they should just replace it under guarantee. I’m glad I didn’t buy a camera from these people.
Fingers crossed they do the right thing, I’m completely happy to update this review if they do the right thing quickly.

Great experience with Photo Specialist UK - I enquired on the availability of a Canon G5X Mark 2 a few weeks ago. It was out of stock then but I was contacted as soon as it was back in stock and at an excellent price so I ordered the camera online and it arrived a few days later beautifully packaged. It is a great camera and an excellent service from Photo Specialist UK. I cannot recommend Photo Specialist UK highly enough. I will certainly do business with them again.

Great prices and 5 year warranty. I purchased an LG Ergo 27UK580-B from Photospecialist after lots of research and I'm really pleased with the service and monitor. You can more features and a slightly better screen for more money, but this represents pretty good value IMO

Pros:
- Stand is high quality and very robust (this was a big selling point for me)
- 4K IPS, pretty standard brightness, no dead pixels
- Good value for money

Cons:
- Would be great if it had USB-C, but for the price I wasn't really expecting it
- Slightly chunkier bezels than you might find on other monitors

Ordered my Ricoh griii on Monday morning and received it on Wednesday morning. From the Netherlands to Scotland in two days. Fantastic.

I Just cannot fault photospecialist.co.uk. Noticed prior to ordering that some reviews were extremely critical. Nevertheless, I gave them the benefit of any doubt I had and I am so pleased I did. The delivery took 3 days from order placement (Holland to UK) via UPS. The Binoculars for the price paid are just amazing, I cannot believe the quality and an unlimited lifetime warranty from Bresser as well! (They clearly have confidence in the robustness of their products). Based on the excellent service received I have no problem recommending photospecialist.co.uk

I was initially worried about ordering from this online shop after reading the reviews but did it anyway as nowhere else stocked what I needed.
I was very chuffed when my order showed up on time. Would definitely recommend & shop here again. 5 stars!!!

Avoid at all costs! Purchased a projector at over £1000 11 days ago, everything looked ok, tracking was updated the next day with a delivery date, item never arrived that day and now my messages are being ignored. Do yourself a favour and do not use as this seems to be a regular occurence, really dissapointed as the projector was for a charity event and ended up borrowing a sub standard projector! No other option but to try and raise a dispute with my bank
Further to the reply on here which was pointless as the answer was just the same, which was that an investigation will take place which can take 2 weeks, i think its pretty shocking that its always the customer left out of pocket while these things take place! The issue has now been raised with my bank who will proceed in due coarse with a chargeback, just a shame you must go to these lengths to get your own money back!

Update on this.... We are now on 16th of April and still no projector, UPS accepted this was their fault cant find my parcel and have issued the seller with a claim and told me ths seller should send me a replacement or refund but 6 days of emailing this shocking company and not a single reply, absolute sbocking customer service and even though the loss of my parcel is not their fault i stand by my original review of avoid at all costs due to their customer service! Shocking!!

After reading reviews for this site I was cautious and a little reluctant! But I needn't of worried! Before ordering I thought I'd just see if there was anyone on the end of the phone....there was, a friendly chap who answered my questions. I ordered a compact camera which he had checked was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered. Placed order Tuesday, and it arrived Thursday. Perfect 👌 I had no issues at all with these guys and feel the whole process was simple and straightforward, and also saved me quite a few £££'s with the great prices.

Photospecialist is there something up with your email? I've recently been talking to customer service about a sun lens defect since January that was suppose to be sent out months ago but now all my emails are being returned as your not accepting them??

We were after a digital camera for our daughters bday, the canon camera we wanted seemed to be out of stock most places, so when we saw they had one my husband rang to double check, they confirmed they had it ready to dispatch and if I managed to buy before 2pm it would go out that day. Guess what, took the money , sent an invoice . didn't ever contact us again no tracker as promised, no response to any contact, phone number on invoice not known!!
We should have checked them out but as they seemed to be so helpful we were disarmed. In the process of trying get trusted shops to realise they are scammers, they direct you to their site, as it has good reviews but impossible to actually review on that site without paying..
Some of the positive reviews on this site must be dodgy , which makes me less likely to trust this area too.

This company really is dreadful, they don't answer the phones, they don't send items that have been ordered and the webs payment page is shoddy at best. It's as though it run by someone that is a bit out of their depth. AVOID.

OK I was concerned by the reviews and was cautious. Having said that they were 20% less expensive than Any Other Offer and 25% than most. I had to phone a few times to get through and getting an email reply is hard but once you speak to staff they are helpful. I challenged the reviews and its obvious that 1st people complain and don't compliment 2nd Brexit has an impact but the goods arrived on time and exactly as described and with no additional charges. What you see is what you pay. To be clear I have only received the printer and not set it up so not needed support but the basics of the sale are good at a very good price.
